Bad experience

The item arrived ok but appeared to be a used item. When I opened the package I quickly realized it was damaged. I immediately tried to call and just got a voicemail that says leave a message so then I sent an email. I received an answer by the next day wanting me to take pictures of the item before I could get a return label which I did and had to wait another day for that. I am still waiting on a refund and the item was delivered back last Monday. Very frustrating and I will not buy from here again

Restocking fee- really????

Item doesn’t fit my hand and if I want to return I will get hit with 15% restocking fee. Beware if you aren’t 100% certain what you are ordering is going to work. I was given no warning of restocking fee prior to shipping had been I wouldn’t have ordered.
