Most likely won’t buy here again

Shipping was fast and that’s why I gave a 2 star. I thought I was ordering a red release but the one I received was black. Not a huge deal but when I spend almost $200 on a release I prefer to have it the way I want. Also the package has clearly been opened. Leads me to believe I was charged full retail for a used release.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the color choice on releases - but if you would like to return the item we can accommodate that request. Secondly, while we do not sell used items (all items are new), occasionally a product may be inspected during the inbound inspection process, which may be why your packaging appeared to have been opened.
