I have tried all types of of 224 in my Valkyrie 224 and the best ammo for this gun is 55 and 60 grain rounds. It's because of the 7:1 twist. All of the heavier rounds are all over the target with not 1 in any of the rings. I have used the 60 grain horandy and dead center even at 600 yards with a thermal scope. My firearm is Savage Recon AR 224 with a 7:1 twist. If you have a 6.5:1 or a 6:1 twist this round will work great at 100 to 150 yards. My best friend is an Army Ranger and a sniper. Military people know their guns and ammo very well and could be known as expert. So if You want accuracy from and range up too 500 yards the 55 and 60 grain is what you want.
AT THIS POINT, I HAVEN'T HAD THE TIME TO TEST FIRE THE AMMO. FRIENDS OF MINE HAVE FROM 100-400 YDS WITH GREAT SUCCESS. I WILL EXPECT THE SAME FROM MY FIREARM SHORTLY
