Didn’t Get What I Ordered

I didn’t receive what I ordered and for some reason, they said it wasn’t even available. Thank goodness I ordered it ahead of time and had the presence of mind to open the box to verify. I would have been really ****** if my son opened the box on Christmas only to see it wasn’t even what he asked for. If the item is not available, NEED TO NOTE THAT ON THE SITE OR TAKE IT DOWN!! Why they shipped the wrong item knowingly is beyond me. I won’t be back.
