Customer Service ******

As per my first notice, my order was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 19 Jul. My order was "lost" and nowhere to be found. I was assured that I would receive updates when the warehouse opened on Monday. On Wednesday, 25 Jul, a week later, I managed to track it on the FedEx site and it was delivered on Thursday. I DID receive a notice from your folks that said it was shipped...after it had been delivered. I will not be ordering from you in the future. I'd rather pay more than endure your "service" again.
